Alatin Terms and Conditions.
Kindly read through these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before using the https://alatin.com.my/ website. The terms apply to all users, visitors and other individuals who access or use the service. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Alatin reserves the righ to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
ACCOUNTS.All accounts registered with us must be done with information that is accurate, timely, and complete consistently. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of Terms, which may result in termination of your account on our Service. All users are dutiful for safeguarding your ID and password that you use to access our Services. Do not disclose your ID and password to any third party. We must be notified at once should there be any breach of your account.
GENERAL. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.30 am- 6.30pm, excluding Public Holidays. For any enquiries, please email us at hello@alatin.com.my. All transactions will be attended to within three (3) working days.
ORDER. Please ensure that all items and specifications are precisely selected before payment. Alatin will not accept amendments once order has been finalized. We accept payments via FPX. There shall be no refund once payment is done. Alatin will notify clients beforehand in case of unavailability of the item chosen.
DELIVERY. All orders will be processed and dispatched within three (3) working days upon successful payment to your preferred installer. Delivery is carried out during working hours, excluding Public Holidays. Kindly ensure that all particulars and contact details are correct during checkout. Fees for rearrangement of delivery shall be borne by the client.
PRODUCT. All products on Alatin are available exclusively only on our platform. These products may have limited quantities. All description of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. Any offers made are only available during the stipulated timeframe offered. Display or colour and images may not be accurate due to variation of screen display.
