ALATIN SHIPPING /DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for your visiting and purchasing with Alatin, the following are the terms and details that constitutes as our Shipping/ Delivery Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and Public Holidays.
Free Shipping is applicable to all tint purchases made on Alatin. Your order will be delivered direct to your selected installer within 5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). Orders will be delivered upon completion of transaction from the date payment is verified, authorized and completed, not on the date that it was placed.

Alatin does not offer International shipping for the time being. All our tints are currently offered domestically within use in Malaysia only.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We take effort in ensuring that we only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship. However, there may be times when we run low or short of stock of a particular item. In the event if that happens, we will cancel your order and you will be notified by our Client Services team on the matter. We reserve the right to cap the quantity of items that we supply. Item that you have pre-selected on your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients.
INSTALLATION UPON DELIVERY
Upon checkout, client has pre-selected a date for installation of tint films. However, if you are unavailable, you may reschedule your appointment within a 90days period from the date of completion of payment. We allow up to 2 rescheduling per client. We offer a 15 days 100% refund should you change your mind on the purchase. Such request can be made by dropping us an email at hello@alatin.com.my.
If you fail to install your tint films within the 90 days period, we allow a 50% refund on the amount paid. Refund will only be made by request via email as we will require your bank particulars for us to transact the amount back to you.

All products sold on Alatin are only for personal use and not for resale. You affirm that you are purchasing solely for personal use and not for resale purposes when placing your order with us. We retain the right to refuse and cancel your order without any explanation if we deem that your purchase was not made on this ground.
